Derby, United Kingdom, 23rd November 2017: Formed through the merger of the combined assets of Telemisis and Tioga, Simpatica Group has been created to accelerate the commercialisation of hardware-centric technology.

Leveraging the group’s combined assets and expertise in development, manufacturing, operations, sales, and marketing, Simpatica will:

• Drive synergies between the existing group companies; exploiting opportunities for international expansion, and entry into new markets.
• Nurture partnerships with academia and businesses; supporting them to develop their ideas into commercially viable products.

Simpatica Group Limited incorporates the businesses of Audiotel International, Sixis Technology, Telemisis, Tioga, and SurePulse Medical, a joint venture with the University of Nottingham. The group employs over 150 people across the UK.

All the companies in the group will continue to trade under their own names.
